Legal Question in Employment Law in India
dear sir/madam
ours is a partnership firm started in 2005 with 30 employees now we have 300 employees but till now we did not register with pf but now we are planning to make registration with pf and esi so could you please suggest me procedure and will we fined for not registering all these years with pf and esi if so is there any way to manage the fine amount please solve my query

You should consult a consultant prefrably a lawyer - Labour law advisor. He willl take you out of everything
