Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been working with a group of companies for the last twenty two years and for more than twelve years with the current employer as permanent employee at junior management level(Asstt. Manager) and achieved commendable results during this tenure but for the last some time the company has been planning to seize my employment because of internal politics. For the last four months, inspite of my repeated requests, management is not assigning me any job thus forcing me to sit idle in the office. They are neither taking any disciplinary action nor expressing anything from their side and waiting for my resignation creating the above situation. My age is 52 years and retirement age as per appointment letter issued to me is 58 years. Qualification wise I am M.A. LL.B.

I shall be highly thankful if some learned counsel from the forum can guide me the remedial course of action I should adopt to attain the win win situation.

Kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

XYZ
