Dear Sir / Madam,
If you wish to continue in the present Company, it only lies in your interest to accept the confirmation letter. For example, if the notice period post confirmation increases to say two or three months, as against the notice period of just 15 days or one month during probation, if that be the case, and you do not have any intention to continue with your present job and are already in the process of signing up new employment, then it is advisable to postpone accepting your confirmation to minimize your present notice period, else not.
