Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Is Development Officer(DO)of LIC of India covered as a workman.If terminated can he file case in Labour court.Is Sales Manager of Pvt Insurer e.g AVIVA like DO also a workman & can he also like DO of LIC of India,file case against termination in labour court.
