Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was dismissd in 2001 from indian railway due to supression of facts about a crimimnal case. Review petition was aslo rejected by railway and earlier order was continued. Criminal court aquited me in 2008 from the same fabricated case filed on me. Now i have submited a fresh Mercy prtition to the GM, Western Railway. I want to know , what are the remidies available for me in case of mercy petition being rejected ? can i move to CAT ?
