it is 138 negotiable inst act which is more in the news than 138 ipc. i hope you meant for dishonour of cheque.
the original cheque, the bank dishonour memo, the information memo, Legal notice sent, Proof of sending - like postal receipt, courier receipt etc. notice acknowledgement
