Legal Question in Employment Law in India
What I should do,if my last employer is not making my account settelment as per full and final policy,to release my pending dues,which included 1 & half month salary,1 month trevel expenses,yearly bonus,leave encashments.
Please suggest me in that case,what I should do to release my pending amount cheque.
As I already followup via emails and telephone many times
I would be great thankful to you,if you revert me back with an advice.
