My elder brother have passed in year 2006. Past My brother has Govt. service holder. My brother has unmarried so, he Gratuity, EPF and leave salary nominee for Me & my little sister. I have One brother & 4 sisters. My brother Office submit to succession certificate. I am in need of applying for a succession certificate in West Bengal for some of the accounts over Rs 3 Lakh.I am told me single succession certificate by hand in court? What is the stamp paper value. How many time to proced succession certificate??????? Please help.

You can contest the succession certificate filed by your bro.
Secondly you have a full right over gratuity etc coz you are nominee. So go ahead.
