Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I is employed at a Prevate Limited firm of less than 14 peoples, for past one and a half year. I is now in third month of pregnancy. I had to tell manager sir about my pregnancy in first month itself, since my job required me to travel and doctor strictly ruled out any travel during pregnancy. Now in my third month, employer is putting pressure on me to take pay cut, since I will not be able handle a part of my job responsibilities which require travel. Is employer's action legal? Can I refuse to work at lower salary and still be here?https://www.lawguru.com/answers/ask#
