Legal Question in Employment Law in India
An employee has issued a legal notice to his Disciplinary authority and lodged a police complaint, for that he was issued a charge sheet and was terminated from service. Is the termination is maintainable or not.
Are there any similar cases took place in any of our courts. suggestions please.

an employee cannot be terminated for issuing legal notice and lodging a police complaint. this termination may be held illegal if solely based on this ground.
