Legal Question in Employment Law in India
One employee joined at Director level and not producing any results. He has 6 months ntice period. He also lied on his CTC from previous employer and did not produce proof of his salary from past.Can we fire him without paying any notice period

If you have documentary evidence to prove that he has cheated you than you can fire him without giving any salary for notice period.

Ms Sunita is right. Over to it if nothing can be prooved then the conditions set out in the employment contract would be very relevant for the said purpose.
