Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a employee in an limited organization & i have seen many cases in which the people resigned but not get releave within 1 month and clearance before 6 to 7 months. What should i do if the same thing happened in my case ?

follow all the norms from yourside correctly i.e giving notice prior to resignation if they still dont relieve you , you u can send legal notice .
