Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Employee penalised

I was working for a recruitment firm for 40 months, my reporting manager blamed me as negative person and also remarked to the CEO and other seniors that I had handled an account inefficently, i came to know this on Jan 09 and he as also left and joined WIPRO as AVP a year ago...I also was by my organization ruthlessly because I categorically stated to the investor that the strategies and goals by the management was falling short because of lack of expertise, however the CEO took it personal and eased me out of the job suddenly on Feb 13, 2009, I am not able to get over these incidents , I want whether these people be punished so that no more families are destroyed, in the last company they threw out people without mercy, they retained people who drew fraudlent invoices...is there a legal recourse to these issues, do we have organization wherein an employee can tell them that there are wrong policies adopted and advise the management to take necessary steps to correct.

I think you should not bother about all this and concentrate on your career/new employment. If you think an injustice has been done to you by the management and if you have necessary evidence to prove the same then in that case you can approach the court under the guidance of the local advocate.
