Legal Question in Employment Law in India

a employee is present on friday, then he takes a casual leave on saturday & then he is absent on monday & he is not claiming cl on manday . now the sunday which is his weekly off will be granted him present or will be treated as without pay

depends on co culture. In most of the companies, intervenning holidays are not counted as leave and treated as present
