Employee Provident Fund

I am working in private limited company.Our company was started in December 2005.Toal staff of company is 20, but employer is showing it only 14 and others as on contract.Our yearly turn over is around 3 crores.We dont get any EPF(Employee Provident Fund) and ESI facilities. We made an oral request to employer but he said for 3 years he cant deduct EPF.now 3 years has been completed but employer is saying he is not going to offer EPF facility to us .Is there any legal action we can take against our employer?

You may approach the authorities of EPF and Labour department for necessary relief. You may also consider forming a labour union and seek its registration under the Trade Unions Act.
