Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am an employee of a PSU. Our union made an agreement with our management to implement an addl. grade in staff cadre. Our union is discussing with the management regarding the modality of the new grade. Management wants to revise the modality of our previous staff grades to lower some staff grade facilities and then wants to implement the modality of new addl. Grade. Our old staff grades modalities were operating for a long period and these modalities are the results of a tri-partite agreement (Management, union & RLC). My question is can we force our management to implement the modalities of the new addl. grade without revising our earlier staff grade modalities at all as our union made an agreement to implement one addl. Grade in staff cadre? If, yes what will be procedure?

You cannot force the Management under the circumstances you had mentioned.
