Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a employee in a pvt. school for four years. i was told to resign from the service.and was told to serve for one month. the appointment letter states that if i am resigning i should give three month notice and if i am terminated they will give one month notice . because of my termination i don't want to work there and want to be relieved immediately. please suggest me what to do

HI,
Both the parties have to abide by the conditions of the appointment letter.
The company is giving you one month notice, in case you dont serve them one month notice then the ball willl be in their hands and they may deduct your one month salary.
You can talk to them and ask them to pay the one month salary and the immediate releaving letter.
