Legal Question in Employment Law in India
can an employer with hold the incentive payable to the employee with out the concent ot the employee,and has an employee has a right to cut the incentive of a worker under indian labour law with out the consent of a employee / his registered and recognised trade union .

Yes. May depend upon each situation. One instance may be : if an employee is found guilty of misconduct and/or has caused loss to the employer, his dues may be withheld by employer without his consent.
