Legal Question in Employment Law in India
my employer i.e.punjab national bank has given promotion to my junior in stead of offering me.all eforts has been made by verios request in writing to bank.now i want to lodge a case with ALC ( C ) ahmedabad.pl inform me the procedure and any application format is there ? may i lodge my case independently OR through my union.

u have to fight alone after making the party to that person also.
u can file the case in ALC (C) or in high court. For drafting u can send ur detail AT
