employment bond

HI my brother was working with a pvt firm. he sighned a bond for 2 years worth Rs.50000. BUt due to slowdown in the business after arnd one year the company started forcing all employees to sign a bond for 2 more yearsworth Rs 1.5 lakh with the the condition that there will be no increase in the salary for next 2 years. when somebody refused he was beaten. my brother was also beaten and asked to pay 50000 rs nad they forcerfully get some paper signed. somehow my brother managed to escape from the co. now we are recieving letter from court. they even did not pay the salary for that month. wt should we do?

If you received summons from the court, you may need to defend the case in accordance with law. You may want to engage a local lawyer to conduct the case.
