Regarding employment Bond

Hi,

I had signed the employment bond with 'Company--name removed--, now 'Company--name removed-- is acquired by 'Company-B'. so no more existance of 'Company--name removed--. if i resigned from services... shall i have to pay--name removed--bond amount...???? becoz in bond paper name of 'Comapny--name removed-- is written and its successors....

Eventhough "company name removed" has been taken over by another Company, your binding and undertaking will not cease and you are legally bound to honour the same or otherwise, legal problems will come to you.
