employment contract breaking law

I was signed a 100rs stamp paper for employment agreement for 1 year work promise, if i broke this i have to pay rs.100000 notice period

I break this contract because they giving too pressure and they want to do extra work in extra time without extra time pay.

I was work there 83 days, they not declare any probation period inside that contract.

so what would be happen? and what is legal action taken on me from them ?

what will be legal punishment ?

Thhere is no Legal Sancity to such contract, the clauses are void under Article 19(1)g of the constitution as well as Section 27 of the Indian Contract Act.

If they take any action, you can very well defend.
