Employment and Labor Laws

I wanted to know as to for how many months in a year to we have to pay employees in a company in Kenya, Malaysia, Philippines, Sout Africa, Vietnam, Sudan, Tanzania, Nigeria and Russia. Eg in Brazil companies need to pay a 13th month salary and give a 1 month paid leave per annum.

Law are different from one state to another stated. You have to follow the law of that state in which the employees working.
