Employment Matters
I was employed in a Nationalised Bank named As Punjab National Bank. A Departmental Inquiory was arranged by the Bank against me in connection with some fraud said to take place in the Bank without delivering the Defence Documents asked by me and admitted by the Inquiry Officer them to be Relevant Documents.
Now I like to go to the court of law for proper justice.
Can you give me some case references in this regard so that the Conduction of Departmental Inquiees without producing the Relelevant Defence Documents and its Orders can be null and void?

Hi thanks for asking us. It is a clear violation of natural justice and mechanical exercise of administrative powers. You can surely have a good case if you have acted fairly and clean.
