Legal Question in Employment Law in India
As per my employment terms, I can resign after serving 2 month notice to employer or 2 month salary. Hence, I submitted my resignation letter on 29th of July 2011 and last working day was 31st july 2011. I have handed over all the official equipment on 1st of august 2011, in my resignation letter, I have clearly mentioned that, I am ready to pay 2 months salary and I have asked for full and final statement, so that I can release the fund. Still company is not doing any thing on this after several reminder. please let me know what I can do on this?
Till date they have also not released my Form 16 which they have deducted in Dec. 10 to feb 2011.
Regards
Vinod

You have not mentioned whether or not you are continuing with the company. If you have already joined new employer, you need to send a notice to ex employer asking for form 16 and other dues, if any.
