Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Whether I am entitle the following benefits i.e., seniority, promotions and other monetary benefits on par with my junior under the Award of the Hon'ble Labour Court in Industrial Dispute that "reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service, with all attendant benefits and with full back-wages".?
