Entitlement of maternity Leave

Sir

I am working with some research organisation for past 1 year and as per my appointment letter i had a probation period of 6 month which i hve completed 6 month ago. our company does not give any confirmation letter of employment it is mentioned 6 month will be probation period from the day of joining and thats it. and further if i plan my family in next year means 2010 will they be providing me any maternity leave facility or not?? and secondly they hv written in appointment letter that company reserve right to teminate services by giving a month notice. so I should be consider myself as confirm employee or not?? if so then M I entitile to avail maternity leaves or not??

(1) The availability of maternity leave will depend upon your service contract and the local rules.

(2) If probation period has not been extended, you may be deemed to be confirmed.
