Legal Question in Employment Law in India
ESI deduction
My current CTC is 11,500 and 456 is being deducted for ESI.
But i dont want ESI to be deducted and am not at all using benefits of ESI. Is it possible to avoid this deduction? Thanks

ESI deduction is compulsary so there is no escape.
