Legal Question in Employment Law in India
esi ragistration
we are a small firm ,we are having 10 technical labour, we are tacking contract & work at other parties permises who gives contract to us. we want to give esi benifit to our worker.can we go for esi. registration.if yes then what we should do. we are having gumasta licence,service tax no. tin no etc.

Yes,you must have to get ESI registration also.
