Expatriate Working in India
1. What are the government policy and the employment laws in Bombay, India specifically and in India in general with reference to expatriates working in a joint venture company incorporated in India.
2. Can a foreign national hold a post as a Chief Finance Officer in a joint venture company owned jointly by an Indian owned Company and a Malaysian owned Company?

There is no distinction under the Indian laws between expatriates and Indians working in India.A foreigner can be appointed as a CFO in an Indian Company.
