Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am an experienced Mechanical engineer working in a private ship design company for last 9 months under contract basis.I am deputed overseas by the company under a new contract after completing a six month contract with the same company.In the second contract it is mentioned that the bonus will be payed after three months as the contract ends. But it is mentioned that it will be subjected to performance of the employee. But even after completing the three month contract the oversees company is not able to start any work because of its financial problems.And the company never given me any task to perform. So if my company is not paying me the bonus , what can i do?

The contracts will have to be studied to advice the best course of action. Submit the contracts as scanned files online to a lawyer by email or post / or meet lawyer personally with the contracts to get the best advice.
