F & F policy

Dear All,

In our Co we would like to make a policy for F & F i.e, after resignations employee has to claim for his F & F settlement by submitting required documents with in 2 months, if we dont receive his documents with in 2 months the F & f amt will be lapsed..... legally will it be correct.?

Yes, as long as the company follows this policy for all the employees and initmate the change in HR policy to the empoyees.

The employer may not be able to avoid his liability by imposing arbitrary conditions on his own. Any such condition has to be a part of the "Certified Standing Order" duly approved by the Labour Department.
