Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Under the Factories Act 1948 read with factories rules exemption can be obtained from the provisions on overtime work in respect of personnel who are in the managerial , supervisory and holding confidential positions. I shall be grateful for a draft application to be made to the directorate of Factories. Ours is a Aluminium smelter supported by a captive power plant and fed coal from a captive coal mine. We need people to attend peaking of work ie Month end accounts closing, warehouse/ dispatches and ofcourse sudden breakdowns which need to be attended without delay due to nature of operations
