Factories Act 1948

We are the Service provider and we are registered under the Shop & Establishment act, we are generating eletricity and transmitting the same as per the manufacturing process of factory act but as we have register ourselve under shop and establishment act, do we fall under Factory Act, 1948 due to providing service for generating and transmitting electricity with 18 employee with aid of power?

please guide me whether two acts at a time can apply or only one can apply at a time? and which will apply? what will be consequences

Your case does not fall under factory case as no manufactuing process is going on in your shop but labour law is applicable.
