Legal Question in Employment Law in India

My father was peon in navy and died on sept. 2010. After death of my mother in 1998 he had done another marriage with uneducated widow for us (2 brother and 2 sisters including me) but step mother and her brother was harassing us from starting. My father knowingly nominated our mother in his service file for family pension and others and also not registered his 2nd marriage or left any other strong and legal evidence for step mother. My sisters married on self behalf. but due to harassment of step mother I 20 years and my younger brother (15years) are on mess as she prohibits us for touching household things and demanding excess of money and blackmailing us for job at place of father. Now 1 1/2 years completed to father's death and still we have not get single money. Step mother have son of 8 years. I had quitted my education after dip. For my brother as officials are also keeping us in dark about compensatory job and age limit for pension etc. and doing job in private company. I am attaching 1 document that I had written for sending to INM NAVY last month.
is it compulsory for us to give pension and other dues to step mother and brother even after they are not nominated and registered and can i demand compensatory job for me or my brother as he is week in studies after attending age of 18 years. or is it possible to take pension of brother and mine separately and can get pension if i or my brother get job. the step mother is giving bribe to make illegal documents. What I should do? She will not look at us if she gets pension and service. Please advice
