I want to join the client in mid July, but by that time they will not disburse my due payments. Is there any chance of withholding my dues amount after they know I joined the said client?

The company gives relieving letter by addressing it to the company that the employee is going to join.Is it their right to know which company I am joining?

If they don't sign my PF disbursement document, after how many days can I lay the claim of this amount before the PFcommissioner? Is it compulsory for the document to be signed by the employer?

I have not received any acceptance to my resignation.4days after I resigned,I wrote a mail to my GM asking them to send me an acceptance.I mentioned if I dont receive it in 2days I'll assume my resignation has been accepted. Can it be used as acceptance?

Re: How feasible Joining a client?

1) They may create problem for you, but it is difficult to suceed for them.

2) If they have your signature that you have received mobile, then dont give mobile without taking acknowledgement receipt

3) They may withhold your duee and PF etc. You may have to fight for the same.

4) Releavig letter has to given to you, and has not to be addressed to another company. You are not obliged to reveal the name of the company your going to join.

5) You cannot go to consumer forum.

6) For resignation your agreement with yoru employer has to be seen
