Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Final settlement

This is regarding my final settlement from one of the Bangalore based company- Medreich limited.

As per the appointment order it was one month notice period for me.

I have resigned from my duties on 01.10.2008.

As per the Executive VP commitment for the settlement I have not attended the duties from 12.11.2008.Totally I have worked for 41 days after the resignation.

Now they are not giving the settlement stating that the policy for the notice period is changed to 3 months.

I have not signed the annexure that they have given for extending the notice period.Without signing I have resigned with in a week.

Right now I am working at Hyderabad.

Can you please guide me the formalities for getting my settlement.kindly do the needful.

Re: Final settlement

You may better settle the dispute amicably. The litigation, if any, may be very costly and time consuming.
