Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Regarding fixing of seniority as per law clarified by the Hon�ble Supreme Court of India vide its decision dated 27.11.2012 in the matter of Union of India Ors. v. N.R. Parmar Ors (Civil Appeals No. 7514-7515 of 2005).
Please let me know how those central government employee who were not party in that case can avail benefit of law settled by above-said case.
