Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am forced to sign the termination letter forcibly with escorts. is this valid in the court of law? My salary will not come under labour court. Please guide me how to challenge this decesion?
I am ready to teach a lesson to MNC practices in india as they have cheated me by terminationg without giving reason.
I am very much intrested to challenge this decesion. it is been some time they have terminated me. is there any time frame to file against this??
Please guide me ASAP.

You are absolutely correct. Many MNC senior people think they are a law unto themselves and commit lot of corruption. For example, hot seats.. positions where every recruited employee will; be terminated within 6 months exist, as the line manager and the hr manager can share the commission paid to the EXTERNAL HR consultant when a new employee is recruited and the cycle repeats!
You have a strong case if you can prove ( through circumstantial evidence, which can establish facts) that termination was a colorable exercise.
