Fraud with organization
Can we hold PF amount of any employee who owes huge due with organisation? Also, he has filed an harrassement case against organisation. Organisation has been fined Rs. 25,000/-. How to solve this case?

The fact that the organization has been fined is enough to presume its fault.
Holding of PF amount may be a criminal offence and the employer may be liable for prosecution.

What is the case and where did he file the said case against your organisation.
You are legally entitled to collect dues from employees for any fraud or mischief committed by the said employee at time of his discharging duties in the company.
Be specific about everything then only case can be solved.
