Legal Question in Employment Law in India
one of my friend breached a 2 year work bond with a company and is absconding now, and the company is demanding some amount of money as per the bond agreement. can the company take a legal action against him if he does not pay?

Normally in such cases company can sue left employee as well as guarantor/ surety. But some defences are available to employees also.
