Legal Question in Employment Law in India
one of my friend breached a 2 year work bond with a company and is absconding now, and the company is demanding some amount of money as per the bond agreement. can the company take a legal action against him if he does not pay?
Are there any defences available for the employee also? if yes, what?

Company can take legal action against him and surety if any. Defence for such employee can be given only after study of the agreement and other facts.
