Full & Final Amount not release by employer
Dear Sir.
As per comapny rules i had given one month notice to company and relive. Relive letter signed by managment. also Full & Final Paper signed by managment.
All comunication are avilables regarding payment rellease avilable on Email.
But till dfate they are not releaseing my payment. Kindly suggest me legal advice what shuld i do to get my payment.

they are liable to pay within a month - call them - issue alegal notice - then calim it in labour tribunal

Send them notice regarding payment of amount, and thereafter if they do not pay, then file a suit in court.
