Full And final settlement and reliving letter
if employee not given performance and he resign from job and ready to serve notice period in form of working in organisation but not given any report which is prior responsibility of employee then what action take against him or can we claim for notice period amount? what is required to do such type of employee who taken proffessional degree/

The employer may be well within his rights to take appropriate action against an erring employee including debarring him from coming to the office during notice period and recovery of loss, if any, suffered on account of such an employee. However, if employer terminates services of the employee, he may not be entitled to claim the notice period salary.
