Full & Final Settlement
Sir, please tell me is there any time frame for crediting salary for resigned employees under shops & establishment act? (in factories act it has been mentioned that within 48 hours the salary has to be credited for resigned employees)

Consult a local lawyer because shops an establishment act is different for different states.
