Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I gave a spot resignation as I wasn`t happy with my supervisors as he was very dishonest.Now the higher manager has asked me to serve notice period of 30 days,which I m not willing as my manager will try to terminate me during that 30 days.Im willing to pay all dues to the company ie if any as if have my paid leaves pending.Kindly advise as to what legal action can they take as I`ve already agreed to pay any oustanding dues as I m not serving the notice period
