Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

My name is Geetha. I am working as a software engineer. My problem is, 2 yrs back i was working in a company called Tamagna technologies Pvt ltd which is a startup company. I have 1.6 exp in that company. When i was there in the company i have undergone lot of mental torture. I was designated as software engineer but rather i was sent for corporate training to train students on java technology. I was never paid for the training too instead i had to spend for my travel and food expenditure. Other than we used to take classes for college students/freshers. So more than development I have worked as trainer there. I was taking very less salary. Even after 1 yr they did not hike my salary. So before a month i gave my resignation i asked for the hike but he dint respond to it. Then i got to know that all my colleagues including people who joined after me have got salary hike. So i decided to resign. In november 2012 i sent my resignation. The very same day they accepted my salary and also told since there is no work here you are going to be relieved tomorrow without any notice period(I have a mail copy). Altogether they have to give 11k for me. From then when ever i ask my salary they say next week, next week. If i cal they hardly respond, for my mails absolutely no replies. If i go to office and ask they threaten me by saying if any company call up for verification we can give a negative feedback so wait until we give you. It has been 3 months since i got relieved from the company but till now i have not received my salary. I know 11k is a small amount but i have worked hard guys, I have worked sincerely. Also I am not the only person who has been cheated by them but old employees who quit the company also have been cheated 2,3,4 months salary. So I want to teach them a lesson keeping a start up company he does not own this world nor people. Only for this sake i want to fight against him. Please guys suggest me as what step i can take??? Do i really succeed??? Please awaiting for your reply.

firstly send legal notice and u may file writ petition before High Court and may file civil suit for recovery and u may file complaint in labour court and claim salary and harassment charges
