Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Gopi is in her 9 month pregnancy and on maternity leave. While she is on leave, Krishna her co worker complaints to the Employeer about Gopi indulgring in various thefts in the factory. Krishna even produce evidenc. Now the employer wants to terminate gopi's service. Guide the employer about the procedure to ternimate Gopis service.

the employer should issue a show cause notice to Gopi as a part of the enquiry and seek a reply and if after the enquiry it transpires that gopi is guilty then she should be sacked.
