Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i am being harassed by union leader .he is putting false allegations that ihave beaten my employee and not paid his salary but he is not working with me .he came for 1 day trial .please tell me what to do i am in trauma. with regards manoj

you can lodge a complaint with the local police against the union leader and the employee under relevant section of criminal intimidation. in case the police is inactive, you may move a complaint before the magistrate.
