Harassment, Discrimination and Unethical practices at workplace!

I was incorrectly terminated from a CMMI Livel 5 company on the false grounds of absconding. Later, on protest company re-hired me. Since my re-hiring, local mgmt started harassing me in some or other way. After 7 months of second terms, I complained about the misconduct I had been facing but instead of giving any consideration to my concerns, I was made accused and given a show cause notice. Later I was given a charge sheet carrying totaly false charges and later on I was terminated from the company. However, the termination reason in termination letter was given to be ''Administrative Exigencies'' and company hides the procedure. What to do in this situation. If it is a private company, you may not succeed in your challenge to the termination order.
